Long time, no blog. A lot has happened, good and bad. I suppose anybody who reads this probably already knows that my Uncle Henry passed away about two weeks ago, following an accident. We'll miss him :( God has a plan for everything, and "farther along we'll know all about it", even though it's hard now. Please pray for his/our family. We had Christmas today with Mom's side of the family and it was pretty good, all things considered. Carter sure had a great time with Halle!
We spent Christmas Eve with the Kenneys and Christmas Day with my family. Carter was a lot of fun this year, and it's been very cool to see him start to understand Christmas. Somebody at the Kenney get together said "Who's birthday is it?" talking about something totally unrelated to Christmas and Carter piped up "It's Jesus' birthday!" Love that boy! Hard to believe his brother might be crawling by next Christmas. Pics to follow.
